Course Description: The course focusses on improving both skating technique and stick handling skills. Coach Palmer will demonstrate and explain the purpose for each skill then allow players to practice in an individual setting. At the end of each session players will be given the chance to try their new skills in a scrimmage environment.
Each Session Includes
- 1/2 HR Power Skating & Skill Instruction
- 1/2 HR Full Ice Scrimmage (no checking)
COST: Cost: 4 sessions: $100 TOTAL
Drop Ins: $50/session
