Course Description: Coach Palmer will demonstrate and explain the purpose of elite skating and stick handling skills. Players will be allowed to practice each skill in an individual setting. At the end of each session players will be given the opportunity to practice their new skills in a scrimmage environment.

- 1/2 HR Power Skating & Skill Instruction
- 1/2 HR Full Ice Scrimmage (no checking)
Cost: 4 sessions: $100 TOTAL
Drop Ins: $50/session
