CAMP INCLUDES:
- PLAYERS: 8 HRS On Ice Development w/ Jarod Palmer
- GOALIES: 8 HRS On Ice Development w/ Dave Marlin Goaltending Academy
- 7 HRS Off Ice Development
- Lunch & T-Shirt Provided
On Ice Instruction:
- Power Skating (sprint start, fwd stride, edges, transitions)
- Stick Handling (shifts, push and pulls, fakes and dekes)
- Shooting (wrist shots, backhands, slap shots, accuracy)
- Strategy (break outs, attacks, odd man situations)
Off Ice Instruction:
- Plyometric Technique
- Core Balance & Strength
- Speed & Quickness Training
- Video & Chalk Talk
